The Dream Team

Dear Heather,

Due to some minor health issues, I decided to call Stillpoint and see if you had returned to work. Congratulations on the new little one! I was told that you would possibly return to the Greensboro office in February, but in the mean time, there was a great staff that could take care of my needs, so I made an appointment. As it happened, I ended up seeing all three acupuncturists and was very impressed, so I decided to share with you my impressions of them.

Diane came to work early the day I called so she could help me on the road to recovery ASAP. For this, I was very thankful. Her demeanor was gentle and understanding. She asked the right questions and became attuned to me quickly. Her explanation of the treatments was concise. At the end of the session, she shared some very nice qigong energy with me. I was very impressed when she thanked me for allowing her to work on me and she called the following day to check on my progress. Since that day, I have seen her in the clinic and love the way she drifts from patient to patient spreading healing energy.

Kimberly was my second sensitive caregiver. I really liked the confidence that she exhibited in helping me balance my body. She picked up immediately on my wish not to belabor a prognosis but to simply assist me in rebalancing. I was most appreciative of her gently sharing tips on other ways I could improve through nutrition and even how to position my body at night for better results. It seemed the time with her really flew.

Warm, friendly, thorough and reassuring describe how I felt about Jennifer. She was very willing to answer questions and she certainly made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. I liked that she was open about herself and, in sharing some of her history, we found that we have several similar interests.

So, in summary, you have a great team working in Greensboro. I must admit that I was concerned about starting over each time with a new person. However, they made that very easy and I would be delighted to use and recommend all of them in the future. Thank you for creating this “dream team” and for establishing the clinic. I think it is amazing.
