Heather McIver founded Stillpoint Acupuncture in 2001 after graduating from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. Heather takes a comprehensive approach to each case, often using acupuncture, moxibustion and customized herbal formulas to enhance results. She treats everything from simple pain management to stubborn, complex problems in people of all ages. Heather works primarily in the Siler City office.

W. Blake Faulkner

Blake graduated from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medicine in 2008. She believes in the innate potential of each of us to heal our own bodies with the right assistance. Using acupuncture, moxa, cupping and other modalities along with customized herbal formulas and nutritional advice, Blake supports her patients to transform their health for a lifetime. She has experience treating a wide range of issues including digestive complaints, emotional issues, pain and dysfunction, chronic illness, and women’s health.

Tammy Knopf

Tammy completed the Master’s program in Classical Chinese Medicine at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in 2020. She finds it deeply rewarding to help people find better health and balance through this medicine. Tammy brings her bright energy to the treatment room, leaving patients feeling uniquely cared for. She is dedicated to using classical acupuncture, moxa, cupping and other modalities to produce the most effective results from each and every treatment.

Olivia Honeycutt

Olivia earned her degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas in 2014. Gifted at helping people feel comfortable, Olivia uses a variety of modalities including acupuncture, nutrition, herbs and relaxation techniques to achieve comprehensive results. She has helped many people seeking pain management, fertility enhancement, stress reduction, and overall wellness to feel better and achieve their goals.

Melissa Peet

Practice Manager

Melissa has been a consistent presence at Stillpoint since 2007. While the rewards of her role as Practice Manager for Stillpoint are many, Melissa especially enjoys interacting with patients, and values sharing her days with colleagues of the highest ethical standards and uncompromising integrity. The Stillpoint model of work/life balance- that these aren’t separate things, but each aspect supports the other- is a key element of finding joy and satisfaction in her job.
